Flyaway now known as Vegas Indoor Skydiving is America’s first indoor skydiving facility built in 1982. Here you can experience bodyflight during a simulated skydive experience. The experience is similar to skydiving with the addition of a mesh trampoline floor and foam padded walls. Guests are able to simulate the freefall aspect of skydiving without the use of an airplane or parachute. Each flyer will attend a brief training class, suit up in all the necessary flight gear, then jump in the tunnel and fly.
Meet the Wine Angels at Aureole
Aureole at Mandalay Bay and Casino Resort is creation of world renowned chef Charlie Palmer. Just in case you are wondering what’s amazing about this bar, here are the facts. The bar is nearly four stories high and has 9,865 bottles which are held in sandblasted Plexiglass wine racks.
The wine tower is fitted with mechanical hoists to lift the “wine angels” or stewardess up and down on all the four sides of this 42 foot tower in about 10 seconds.
