Those disappointed for not traveling to Paris or Rome shouldn’t be worried anymore. With a weak dollar an increasing number of foreign tourists are flocking to the United States. Compared to last year there is a whopping 12 percent increase in the number of international visitors in the initial four months of 2008. The reasons attributed to this are many.
Weak Dollar
The Euro has grown significantly stronger and everything in the US is now more affordable for the tourists from the European countries.
Half-price
Compared to other European destinations, tourists are finding the restaurants and shopping otulets in New York quite cheaper.
Steady stream of visitors
During the first four months of 2008, more than 15 million foreign travelers visited the United States and spent $11.6 billion in the month of April alone.

With some of the best beaches in the US located in South West Michigan, I hope many will consider coming to Michigan. Chicago a quick train ride, casinos in the are, great small towns with lots of artists, did I mention the beaches.
